A resident's alarm went off around 4 o'clock in the morning on September 29, 2025. Her camera recorded a medium-build white male with his arms crossed at the window of her back porch. The police conducted a search in the Flagstone Drive area but did not find the man. Please be extra vigilant about your surroundings, especially late at night or early in the morning. The Association’s Annual Meeting/Election will be held on Tuesday, January 20, 2026 at Brainerd Baptist Church - North Georgia (1473 Cloud Springs Road).
