2026 Declaration of Covenants & Restrictions Proposed Amendments

The following PROPOSED amendments will be voted on at the Association’s Annual Meeting/Election on Tuesday, January 20, 2026 at Brainerd Baptist Church - North Georgia, located at 1473 Cloud Springs Road, Rossville, GA 30741.

• Amendment 1 changes the quorum to the presence in person or by proxy at any meeting of the Association of one-fourth (1/4) of the Owners of Lots.

• Amendment 2 increases the monthly assessment by $10 effective January 1, 2027.

• Amendment 3 allows the Dogwood Place THOA Board of Directors to impose fines on members for violations of the Declaration.
